The tower design based Hepa Paper Pleating
machines come with maximum roller widths of 700mm and pleat depths as per
given specifications (240mm & 115mm pleat depths). Further, these
machines have facility for mounting of 3 set of pleating rollers and come
with standard marking blade width of 3.8mm which can also be provided as per
the given specifications. The machine also features platform fitted with
conveyor that allows transfer of pack as it reaches lower position to side
platform. Some of the other standard specifications of these pleating
machines include vertical travel of platform of 1350mm, AC Drive geared
motor unit of 01.0 HP, 220 V, variable drive for paper pleating rolls,
