Pre Curing Ovens are designed to
provide additional heating that is necessary for setting and curing powders
in combination with existing ovens. These also allow setting of powder
side-seam coating prior to entering existing oven so as to ensure complete
ease of product handling. We make these available in enclosed oven
dimensions of (L x W x H) 4000x650x300mm. The ovens come in thermally
insulated finish with 3”thick insulated panels as well as heat
circulating fans so as to ensure uniform distribution of heat. Other than
this, these come with hood at inlet & outlet for fume discharge. The
other features of these pre-curing ovens include separate temperature
indicators and controllers for different zones, heating temperature range of
200º C and power usage of 3Ph. 440V, 50Hz. 30Kwatts.
